Bridgette N. Montgomery, DSW, MSW, LCSW, MSNPM, CSOTS is a highly skilled and compassionate clinician specializing in treating social, emotional, and behavioral disturbances associated with childhood trauma or past traumatic experiences. Dr. Montgomery has helped countless individuals overcome a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, complex trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), substance abuse, gambling addiction, social media addiction, eating disorders, and dysphoria relative to LGBTQIA2+.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), an EMDR Level I and II practitioner, and a Nationally Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist (CSOTS), Dr. Montgomery is well-equipped to provide comprehensive care to her clients. With over 27 years in the field, Dr. Montgomery is an accomplished clinician with a passion for helping individuals overcome their interpersonal issues. 

As a psychoanalyst who incorporates various therapeutic approaches into her practice, Dr. Montgomery takes a humanistic approach as she finds that person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral methods work well with those she serves. She believes in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can freely explore their challenges and traumas. Drawing from evidence-based practices and her extensive training, she tailors her therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Montgomery is actively engaged in teaching, supervising, and mentoring the next generation of mental health professionals. She earned her Doctorate in Social Work (DSW), Master of Social Work (MSW),  Master of Science in Nursing Nonprofit Management (MSNPM), and Certification in Education from reputable universities.

Hello! I am Tineya Cotte

Resident Psychotherapist – MSW, LSW

Tineya J. Cotte, MSW, LSW, is passionate and dedicated to her role in guiding and empowering others on their healing journey.  

Having worked with diverse mental health populations, family dynamics and in diverse environments, Tineya prioritizes and understands the importance of establishing trust and cultivating a safe space for the exploration of one’s troubles and traumas throughout the therapeutic process.

Tineya believes that we all have the capacity and power to heal ourselves and her main goal is to help individuals develop and use appropriate tools as they explore and address maladaptive behavioral patterns, traumas, and their emotional well-being. 

Her therapeutic style is relaxed, real and person-centered. Utilizing various evidenced based practices best suited for the individual, the foundation of Tineya’s approach values mind, body, spirit connection and employs Cognitive Based Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, breathwork and somatic practices. 

Tineya obtained her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from SUNY Buffalo State College. Her Master of Social Work from Temple University, and her Yoga Teacher Certification Through Yoga Vision School.

I’Donia-Danielle Pope, MSW, LSW, is a dedicated and skilled clinician who is passionate about working with individuals throughout all phases of growth, development, transition, change, and healing. I’Donia utilizes an integrative approach, drawing from client-centered, solution-focused, strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral interventions. Her ultimate goal is to help clients shift from a negative mindset to a more positive outlook, and to empower them to cultivate and leverage their innate strengths and abilities.

I’Donia creates an open, safe, and supportive environment where her clients feel comfortable sharing their stories and exploring personalized solutions. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults across a variety of mental health settings. Prioritizing authenticity and self-expression, I’Donia is committed to helping each individual feel heard, understood, and equipped to navigate their unique journey.

Hello! I am Reginald (Reggie) Combs-Harris

Resident Psychotherapist – MSW, LSW

Reggie is a dedicated psychotherapist who confidently supports individuals in overcoming life’s challenges. With extensive training in addressing maladaptive behaviors such as depression, anxiety, addictive behaviors, and various forms of trauma, he utilizes evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care to facilitate positive change. Reggie’s broad background equips him to effectively counsel a diverse range of individuals, irrespective of race, religion, age, gender, or sexual orientation, including members of the LGBTQ+ community and individuals who identify as Neurodivergent with Autism and Developmental Characteristics.

Reggie is deeply aware of how trauma can affect individuals and be a barrier to their personal growth. His understanding of this matter is profound, and he recognizes the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to achieve positive outcomes in their lives.
